POM-PTFE sheet is a material combined from POM (polyoxymethylene) and PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), or Acetal with Teflon as some would say. The addition of PTFE leads to a significant improvement of sliding capabilities. Yet, the material is still very much like standard POM C with high rigidity, the same strongness and toughness, good temperature for usage in air, and low water absorption. It is a good material for seals, gear wheels, chain guides, or rollers. We also have this material available as round rods.
